Today's entertainment will be: Eutectic Band at 11:30 a.m., The Flannels at 1:15 p.m., Moving in Stereo at 3 p.m., Olivia Ooms and the Resistors at 4:45 p.m., and Roger Neal at 6:30 p.m. The annual parade will take place on July 4 beginning at 10 a.m. at Pacific Coast Highway and 8th Street. SEAL BEACH - BAND ON THE SAND. Band on the Sand is a beach-themed party which will take place from 4 - 8 p.m. at the 1st Street beach lot on the sand by the mouth of the San Gabriel River. There will be performances by the King Salmon Band and Los Alamitos High School Chorus, plus food trucks, raffle prize drawings and more. HAPPY FOURTH OF JULY!

ANAHEIM - FOURTH OF JULY CELEBRATION. The 4th of July festival at Peralta Park (115 N. Pinney) will begin at 3 p.m. Food/game booths will continue until 8:45 p.m., with fireworks at 9 p.m. There will be live entertainment from 5 - 8:45 p.m., games and food vendors. The annual parade will begin at 1 p.m. prior to the festival. The parade begins at Canyon High School and travels north on Imperial Highway, turning right on Santa Ana Canyon Road ending at Quintana Road near Eucalyptus Park. HUNTINGTON BEACH - 4TH OF JULY FESTIVAL AND INDEPENDENCE DAY PARADE. Events will take place at and around Pier Plaza at the Huntington Beach Pier. On July 4, the annual parade will begin at 10 a.m. at Pacific Coast Highway and 8th Street. The parade will continue on PCH to Main Street, then go north on Main.Check website for details about road closures and putting out seating along the parade route. LAGUNA HILLS - FOURTH OF JULY CELEBRATION. Celebrate America's birthday from 4 - 9:30 p.m. at the Laguna Hills Civic Center and Sports Complex, 25555 Alicia Parkway. Food booths, carnival rides activities and music begin at 4 p.m., patriotic crafts and face painting will go from 4 - 8 p.m., and there will be fireworks at 9:10 p.m. after the mayor's welcome. LAGUNA NIGUEL - LAGUNA NIGUEL SUMMER CONCERT SERIES: "SHAKIN' IT UP." The Suffragettes (Hits from 70s - Today) from 6 - 8 p.m. After the concert, audience members may attend the walk to Laguna Niguel Regional Park (3/4 mile each way) to watch the fireworks. LAKE FOREST - LAKE FOREST 4TH OF JULY PARADE. The "United We Stand" 4th of July Parade will start at 10 a.m. at the corner of Toledo Way and Ridge Route Drive (in front of El Toro High School). LOS ALAMITOS - FOURTH OF JULY FIREWORKS SPECTACULAR. Gates open at 4 p.m. to the Joint Forces Training Base (Farquhar/Bloomfield). The event includes a food court, sponsor booths, kids fun zone (nominal fees for some activities), entertainment, and fireworks at 9 p.m. Due to security regulations, all adults must bring a valid ID. Lawn chairs and blankets are encouraged and there is no bleacher seating. Motor homes, alcohol, dogs and personal fireworks are not permitted. MISSION VIEJO - 4TH OF JULY STREET FAIRE AND FIREWORKS SPECTACULAR. The annual Mission Viejo Independence Day celebration takes place from noon - 9 p.m. on Olympiad Road between Marguerite Parkway and Melinda Road. The festival includes ongoing entertainment on two stages, game and rides (fee), food, craft and merchandise booths, and more. Entertainment on the main stage will include: High in the 80s, This Side Up and Midnight Ride. The Freedom Stage will feature the youth bands Corey Angeli and the Unknown, Michael Keith, Sound 404, Jasmine Madleur and Olivia Ooms and the Resistors and others. TUSTIN - FOURTH OF JULY CELEBRATION. The Tustin July 4th Celebration will take place at the Tustin High School Footbal Stadium (1171 El Camino Real). Gates open at 6:30 p.m. and entertainment by the Silverados (Country). Fireworks are at 9 p.m. Seating is on the grass or in the stadium and picnics are welcome; there is no charge for stadium seating, and refreshments also will be available for purchase. YORBA LINDA - 4TH OF JULY SPECTACULAR. The event will take place from 5 - 9 p.m. at Veterans Park, 4756 Valley View Avenue, and Yorba Linda Middle School, 4777 Casa Loma Avenue. There will be food vendors, family activities, a live band and a Kids Fun Zone from 5 - 8 p.m. (most activities free, fee for inflatable obstacle course). YORBA LINDA - JULY 4 AT THE NIXON LIBRARY. Celebrate Independence Day with activities and programs at the Nixon Library. There will be free admission and a free slice of Polly's Cherry Pie to the 1st 100 in attendance. The first 100 youngsters also will receive a copy of the Declaration of Independence. At 10:45 there will be a historical portrayal of the "Shot Heard 'Round the World," and at noon there will be a patriotic concert by the Placentia Symphonic band. HUNTINGTON BEACH - SURF CITY NIGHTS. Surf City Nights, Orange County's largest weekly street fair and farmers market, takes place weekly from 5 - 9 p.m. throughout the year. The event includes over 100 vendors, family-friendly/live music street performances, and activities for children. The event takes place along Main Street in downtown Huntington Beach and The Strand on 5th. Check website for weekly entertainment information.
